If you decide to host your domains with our company and you select any of our Linux cloud web hosting plans, you will be able to set up spam filters for any email address that you create. With a couple of clicks of the mouse in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel, you can set up five separate levels of safety. In case you still receive spam email messages or the spam filters start preventing legitimate email messages from reaching your inbox, you can change the level just as easily. The efficiency of our anti-spam service is guaranteed by one of the most widely used spam filters – SpamAssassin. If you do not want to risk omitting a genuine email that may be flagged as spam due to its content, you can also create custom spam filters based on the sender, the body or the subject of the message and forward the emails to some other email address where you can examine them at a later point in time.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you use a semi-dedicated server plan from our company and if you create one or more email addresses with any of the domain names hosted under your account, you will be able to activate the advanced, 5-level SpamAssassin filter that we provide and keep all unwelcome emails out of your mailbox. This functionality is accessible through the Email Manager section of the Hepsia Control Panel and it can be enabled or disabled for any mailbox whenever you like. You can also alter the safety level with a couple of clicks of the mouse in case spam email messages still appear in your inbox or the email filter begins deleting legitimate emails. Since you can choose if the spam should be erased instantly or redirected to a different email account, you can set up spam@domain.com, for example, and view all filtered emails there, so as to ensure that you will not miss a message that you need. The messages that the filter allows to go through will still be received in your inbox.
