Auto-responder Emails in Cloud Web Hosting
Configuring an auto-responder e-mail will take you only a couple of mouse clicks if you use a Linux cloud web hosting plan from our company. This can be done through the Emails part of our in-house made Hepsia Control Panel where you could see all of your mailboxes listed in alphabetical order. You can either pick an email and click the auto-responder icon or simply right-click and pick the option in the context menu which will show up. All you have to do is to enter the text that you'd like to be sent as the automatic reply and save the changes. You'll be able to enter any text you want and editing or removing the auto-responder feature is just as easy. In the same part of the Control Panel it is possible to check which accounts have the option enabled and which don't.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you are using a semi-dedicated server package to host your domains with us, you'll be able to easily activate the auto-responder option for any of the email addresses that you set up in your account. This can be done in the Emails section of our intuitive Hepsia Hosting Control Panel where you can see a list of your mailboxes. A small icon will show you which one has an active auto-responder and which does not. To add, edit or delete a message, click on the matching image for the specific e-mail address, type in the text that you'd like to use, save the changes and you will be all set. In case you select several e-mails, you'll be able to enable or deactivate the function for them in bulk, with very little efforts.
